Welcome! I am glad you found your way here. I am an independent therapist who values and acknowledges both commonalities and what makes everyone unique. Every person will need different things from therapy. I enjoy helping to discover what those needs are, and being a supportive and helpful part of finding ways to meet those needs. I do my best to find a balance between utilizing my experience and resources to help meet my clients’ needs, while also empowering them to build the skills to do it without me. There should be no shame in seeking and utilizing therapy, but most people agree that it is even better to heal to a point of not needing it.
